History of Tank Products Inc.

Tank Products, Inc. is a manufacturer, assembler, and distributor of products designed for the erection, reassembly, and repair of both bolted and welded steel storage tanks, water storage tanks and fuel storage tanks.
Tank Products, Inc. was originally founded in the early 60’s in a garage as a family business concentrating on fastening systems. After having success in gaining the first approval by API 12-B for the A216 steel Unitank flange, we incorporated as Tank Products, Inc. in the early 80’s.
Experiencing continual and rapid growth it has been necessary to relocate several times to accommodate our inventory and size requirements. In 1990, we purchased and moved to our own facility centrally located in the city of Ontario, Southern California (near the Ontario Airport). With our own large facility, Tank Products, Inc. has the capacity and capability of offering the highest quality and most reliable products available.

Storage Tank Products
We are a dynamic business, originally starting with fasteners and with several decades of attrition becoming a full line tank parts and accessories supplier. Our catalog covers gauge board style liquid level indicators, flanges, hatches, gaskets, and fastening systems, (including square head hardware.) All items comply with AWWA, API 12-B, or NSF Standards.Customer feedback and requirements drive our product lines. We listen to the needs and full fill them with new products being designed, tested, and implemented regularly. We cater worldwide to municipal, asphalt emulsion, crude oil, potable water, wastewater, dry bulk, and fire protection industries.
